Cancellation Policy

At Floral Dreams, we value all our customers and will attempt to process submitted cancellation requests as promptly as possible. Customers can cancel their orders at Floral Dreams Singapore at the latest 2 days before the flowers' scheduled delivery date, and we will make a full refund.

If it is necessary to reschedule the delivery date of the order or cancel the order later than two calendar days before confirmed delivery we have a few options that we can offer:

  1. Rescheduling Delivery. We can reschedule delivery within 1-2 days from the previously planned delivery date without any charges. If the customer wishes to reschedule the delivery date for more than 2 days, in such a case, a rescheduling fee of 50% of the total cost will be charged to cover the additional expenses incurred.

  1. Cancel the Order, If the customer reports cancellation less than 2 days before the delivery date we can only guarantee a 50% refund of the total cost. Please note that the remaining 50% covers the materials and preparation expenses.
Cancellation request
To cancel the order or request a rescheduled delivery, customers must contact our customer support team via phone or email. The request should include the order number and the preferred option (proceed with original delivery, reschedule delivery with fee, or cancel the order).

Refund process
In the case of order cancellation, a full refund or a partial refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, usually within 7-10 business days, depending on the customer's original payment method. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used during the initial purchase.

Return policy

Returns Eligibility:
  • We accept returns under the following conditions. The Item has been damaged during transportation and a photo proof of the flower's condition has been provided on the delivery day.
  • Flowers that have wilted or deteriorated due to natural causes after delivery are not eligible for return.
Reasons for Return:
  • We accept returns for the following reasons:
  • The bouquet arrived damaged or in poor condition.
  • Incorrect bouquet delivered.
How to Initiate a Return:
  • To initiate a return, please contact our team at info@floral-dreams.com on the day of receiving your bouquet.
  • Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence.
Return Process:
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the bouquet.
Refunds :

Non-Returnable Items:
  • Custom or personalized bouquets are non-returnable unless they arrived damaged or were incorporated for shipment.
