Q: Where is your shop?
A: Floral Dreams is a home-based business located in Southeast Portland, Oregon. We don’t have a storefront location, so we consult with you at a mutually agreed upon location, such as a coffee shop or a quiet place of your choosing. We serve the Portland-Metro area and beyond.
Q: Do you charge for consults?
A: No, our consults are free. We are happy to schedule a place, date and time to meet with you. We will travel to you, meeting at a location of your choice.
Q: Do you provide a toss bouquet?
A: Yes, we provide a complimentary toss bouquet. We find that even if a bride does not want to toss a bouquet, she may place this bouquet as an extra decoration next to her guest book, on the DJ’s table or other location at the wedding site.
Q: How does payment work?
A: Generally, we request the first half of the fee at the time you sign our contract. Making this one-half down payment books and saves your event date with us. The final half of the fee is due two weeks prior to the wedding or event date.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes, we accept credit cards.
Q: Do you have a price list?
A: No. We can give you a general idea of our range of prices by phone (503-252-8490). But your price depends upon your specific needs, so we like to talk with you about your flowers to give you an accurate quote. We do this during your free consult. At the end of the consult you will receive a written estimate providing a cost breakdown of each floral item in your wedding. You may take your estimate home to review.
Q: Do you have wedding packages available?
A: Most of our work is custom design, but we do provide three packages.
Q: Do you charge for delivery?
A: Yes. The delivery fee varies depending on distance and the price of gasoline. Currently, we charge $40.00 per delivery within the Portland-Metro area. For delivery outside the Portland-Metro area, please contact us for a price quote.

A: Floral Dreams has been in business since 2001. We have worked in the floral industry since 1998. Learn more about us.
